Recorded from Aldabra, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Madagascar, Nigeria, Senegal, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland and Tanzania, but probably present throughout the range of the host fig (light green areas)
