Philocaenus cavus van Noort 1994a. Holotype in South African Museum, Cape Town. Type locality: Ivory Coast. Combination by Cruaud et al. (2013).

Distribution

Recorded from Ivory Coast, but probably present throughout the range of the host fig (light green area).

Biology

Host fig: Ficus saussureana D.C.
