Agaon kiellandi Wiebes, 1974. Holotype in NCB Naturalis (formerly Rijksmuseum van Natuurlijke Historie - RMNH). Type locality: Tanzania.

Distribution

Cameroon, Gabon, Tanzania and Uganda, but probably present throughout the range of the host figs (lighter green areas).

Biology

Agaon kiellandi ovipositing into the ovules and pollinating the synstigma of Ficus conraui in Uganda.

Host figs: Ficus conraui, Ficus cyathistipula pringsheimiana, Ficus densistipulata.
